Overview

Rachel was born and raised in Missoula, Montana.  After competing as a Division I swimmer at Northern Arizona University, Rachel attended Montana State University to complete her undergraduate studies.  Seeking the city life and a challenge, Rachel moved to Seattle, Washington, working as a managing real estate broker.  As a broker, Rachel helped her clients—from Seattle and internationally based homebuyers to seasoned investors—in hundreds of complex transactions. Rachel developed a passion for client-oriented problem solving as a broker, and she brings this experience to her practice as a lawyer.

After several years in Seattle, Rachel and her husband Taylor, along with their golden retriever, Sage, and 6-pound calico cat, Daisy, moved back to Missoula, their hometown, to be closer to their families and the mountains.  Rachel attended law school at the University of Montana School of Law, where she graduated with honors in 2021.  During law school, Rachel worked for a reputable Missoula firm, focusing heavily on business transactions, intellectual property issues, real estate, and estate planning.  During her third year of law school, Rachel was a clinical attorney for ASMSU Legal Services, where she assisted Montana State University students with entity formation, business transactions, and intellectual property protection through the Blackstone Launchpad.  Rachel joined GLR in 2021 as an associate.

In her free time, Rachel can be found running in the mountains with Taylor and Sage, cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter, and relaxing with her family at Flathead Lake.
