Lukas O. Ericson

Overview

Lukas graduated from University of Montana School of Law. While in law school, he completed his Clinical Program at the Veterans Advocacy Clinic, gaining hands on experience assisting Montanans in need of legal services for VA claims and appeals. He also obtained valuable practical experience each summer with an internship focused on trusts and estates work. After completing law school, Lukas clerked for the honorable Justice Jim Rice at the Montana Supreme Court. When his clerkship concluded, Lukas joined Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, where he has a wide area of practice focused on civil litigation.

Prior to law school, Lukas obtained his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Montana. He then managed a local kitchen at a well-respected Missoula restaurant, gaining insights that continue to inform his work.

Outside of work, Lukas enjoys trail running, cribbage, all things related to music, and exploring Montana with his partner Hannah, and their dog George.
