Nick maintains a general civil practice with several special interest areas. Before joining Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, Nick practiced law in Wenatchee, Washington, principally representing clients in the healthcare, municipal, and agricultural industries. Nick is a former member of the Washington State Society of Healthcare Attorneys and Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys. Nick continues to be licensed in Washington state courts and the Eastern District of Washington federal court.

Nick grew up in Columbus, Montana and has deep family roots at the confluence of the Stillwater and Yellowstone rivers. Nick lived in Washington twice for educational purposes, including obtaining his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Seattle University. Nick graduated with high honors from the University of Montana School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Brian M. Morris at the Montana Supreme Court.

Nick and his family enjoy many outdoor activities under the Big Sky, including fishing, gardening, rafting, hunting, and hiking.
