The attorneys in our Business and Tax Practice Group also represent corporate and individual lenders and borrowers in a full range of banking and financing transactions, from simple construction loans to lines of credit financing to complex non-taxable property exchange matters.

For example, we assist our Litigation Practice Group in providing high quality litigation services for business and commercial clients of all sizes, we work with the attorneys in our Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group on a wide variety of commercial and business real property transactions and matters, and we work closely with our Intellectual Property Practice Group to ensure that our business clients are able to preserve and protect their valuable intellectual property rights.
