Our IP Group handles litigation, licensing and registrations primarily for trademark and copyright issues. We have also worked as trial counsel on patent cases, working with licensed patent attorneys. We frequently serve as primary or local counsel in federal court actions to protect or defend the intellectual property rights of businesses anywhere in the state of Montana. As a member of INTA, the IP Group at GLR has also established trademark agents throughout the world for international trademark registrations. With regard to licensing and contracts, the IP Group has broad experience, working for both businesses and wide range artists. The IP Group also works frequently with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the TTAB on federal trademark matters.
