Jeffrey M. Roth
In 2005, he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school he interned for the Honorable Sam E. Haddon, United States District Court. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Donald W. Molloy, United States District Court. Jeff worked with Boone Karlberg for three years before joining Garlington, Lohn & Robinson in 2011.
Jeff’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation. He is a member of the Montana State Bar and the United States District Court, District of Montana Bar. Mountain States Super Lawyers has recognized Jeff as a rising star for his work as an associate.
He is a commander in the Navy Reserves, flying with a squadron on the West Coast. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors for Five Valleys Land Trust and as a commissioner for the Missoula County Airport Authority. He is also a past board president for Habitat for Humanity of Missoula. Jeff and his wife, Lukia, embrace life in Montana and spend as much time as possible outdoors.
