Gary L. Graham

Gary has over thirty years of experience in trial work involving cases as varied as professional negligence, ERISA, products liability, insurance bad faith and general negligence actions. All of that experience has been with Garlington, Lohn & Robinson.

Gary was raised on a small farm near Kalispell, Montana and attended a one-room school nearby for all of the elementary grades. He attended undergraduate school at Montana State University, receiving a degree in Agricultural Economics in 1962. After serving as a United States Air Force officer for four years, he returned to Montana to attend law school. Upon being awarded his Juris Doctor degree with high honors, he clerked for the Honorable M. Oliver Koelsch of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.

Gary is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is a member of ABOTA. He has served as Vice-Chair of the Civil Justice Reform Commission and Chair of the Federal Practice Section of the State Bar of Montana. He has been a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. He is presently, and has been since its creation, a member of the Montana Pattern Jury Instruction Commission.

Gary has an "AV" rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and for several years has been included in the listing of Best Lawyers in America. He and his wife Carol enjoy traveling, skiing, canoeing, hiking and motorcycle touring.
