Elizabeth Lowrance Hausbeck
Liz's practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and personal injury defense. She represents a wide variety of health care clients, including physicians, hospitals, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, professional counselors, and other health care providers in medical negligence actions, HIPAA complaints, and professional licensing disputes. She also counsels her clients on an assortment of general health law issues. Liz routinely appears before the Montana Medical Legal Panel, state licensing boards, and in state and federal courts. Liz also frequently speaks at seminars on medical malpractice and writes articles for the Montana Medical Association.
Liz was raised in Easley, South Carolina. She graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana in 2002. While at Montana State, she played tennis for the Bobcats from 1998-2002. Liz attended the University of Montana School of Law. She and her husband, Eric, a fly-fishing outfitter and guide, enjoy outdoor recreation and spending time with their kids, Wren and Graham.
