Charles E. Hansberry
Upon graduation, Chuck and his family relocated to Billings, Montana where he practiced with the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP. After eight years, they returned to Missoula and Chuck accepted a position with Garlington, Lohn & Robinson in the spring of 2005.
Chuck’s practice is very diverse, but devoted almost exclusively in the areas of commercial, environmental and employment litigation. Chuck has litigated matters on a wide range of issues – from pollution to breach of construction contracts – under a varied set of laws – from the Federal Clean Air Act to the Montana Wrongful Discharge Act – in a multitude of forums – from federal court to state agency hearings.
Chuck is admitted to practice in Montana State Court, the Federal District Court for the District of Montana and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Chuck and his wife Dawn have two children. Chuck spends his free time, when he can get some, running the mountain trails in the area.
